Voies Ferrees magazine is the "Rolls Royce" of French railway magazines. It is published every two months by Presse et Editions Ferroviares in Grenoble. The magazine is large format ( 32cm * 23cm), larger than any of the other magazines, is all colour and runs to about 100 pages. It covers much the same ground as Rail Passion, although with extra modelling pages. Every issue contains a fold out double page poster.
The publisher also publishes a small number of lavishly produced books about some secondary railway lines in the Rhone-Alpes and Massif-Central regions.
